On the morning of February 11, 2022, with a strong New Year flavor and the rhythm of the Winter Olympics, the sixth "YOEC Cup" continuous improvement competition of YOEC was held as scheduled. The expert judges, guests and contestants gathered together with full energy after the start of the project, exchanged and shared the continuous improvement achievements of each unit in the past one year in 2021. All centers, business divisions and subsidiaries responded actively and participated enthusiastically. After preparation and screening, a total of 14 teams in aspect of technical/management came to the platform to compete.

The judges and experts listened to the competition report carefully and scored according to the competition rules with the standard of "creating value, improving performance and avoiding risks". After intense consideration and evaluation, the first prize, second prize, third prize and excellence award were finally awarded, and then the awarding ceremony was held.

Mr. Pi Yabin, Chairman and CEO of the company, made wonderful comments on the competition and affirmed the achievements of each project. Through the continuous improvement of the competition report this year, it can be seen that the company has made great progress in both technology and management in 2021, and also pointed out the shortcomings. It is hoped that all applicants will summarize and analyze, and continue to optimize and improve during the continuous improvement process in the future.
