2022 is an extraordinary year for YOEC. It is the last year of the plan of "industrialization and capitalization” in phase II. The plan of "diversification and internationalization" in phase III is about to start. In this important year, we ushered in the establishment of the Hainan subsidiary. On June 10, we gathered to celebrate the new establishment of Yangtze Optical Electronic (Hainan) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as YOEC (HN))!

The establishment ceremony was presided over by Mr. Kuang Guanghua, General Manager of Operating Center and Director of Human Resources. Mr. Kuang introduced the guests: Wang Ying, President of CHINA ZHESHANG BANK CO., LTD, Xiong Wei, President of China Merchants Bank, and Yu Yang, President of China CITIC Bank. First of all, Mr. Pi Yabin, Chairman and CEO of the company, delivered an inspiring speech. Mr. Pi reviewed the process of preparing for YOEC (HN). YOEC’FOG product range have extended vertically for 12 years. In 2015, it started the expansion of non-FOG business. After several generations of management and technical personnel's efforts, it was finally officially established today. The reason why Hainan, the largest economic free trade zone, is chosen is that it will be supported by the state's advanced policies as the base for the company's second venture, and high-quality new business entities such as special fiber cable, new energy and testing will be introduced. Mr. Pi said that in the next step, they will increase the investment into YOEC (HN) and develop it. He hoped that the new YOEC will develop in the future and take a new height in the direction of "optical technology connecting everything".

Next, Mr. Kuang announced the appointment of YOEC(HN). After Mr. Cao Wenming, the legal representative and executive director of the new company, introduced the excellent team and development plan of YOEC(HN), Mr. Si Yong, the general manager, delivered an inaugural speech. Mr. Si thanked the company's management for the trust, and NFOG ushered in the best development opportunity. As the carrier of the NFOG market, YOEC(HN) shouldered the glorious mission of starting a second business, deepening the international market, and creating another brilliant future. Mr. Si Yong expressed confidence to lead the team to keep forging ahead, strive to develop, successfully complete all business objectives, contribute to the second take-off of YOEC, and wish the business a prosperous future.

In midsummer, everything is prosperous and full of power. Now we work together, and we will harvest in a period of time. Hainan is an island of dream. In the field of optoelectronic industry, YOEC(HN) was started to develop. It will keep working hard to overcome difficulties and create the future!
