More than 100 entrepreneurs from leading talents in business management, the "specialized, fined, peculiar and innovative" class (Shenzhen, Xinjiang, Hubei, Huizhou, Ningxia), which is sponsored by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, visited YOEC and were received by Mr. Pi Yabin, Chairman and CEO of the company, and all the senior management.

The guests first visited the product exhibition hall of YOEC and watched the company's culture and science and technology promotion film. At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Pi, on behalf of the company, thanked Mr. Wang's team for giving YOEC the opportunity to represent the city of heroes (Wuhan) to show the revitalization after the epidemic, and welcomed friends from different tracks to criticize and correct the company's growth path, to help the company grow and develop in the next step. Coinciding with the 12th anniversary of the establishment of YOEC, Mr. Pi shared his personal experience, combined with the company's products in the "sea-ground-space-air integrated network" application scenarios and manufacturing processes, and shared his innovative entrepreneurial history of "setting strategy - building a team - leading the team", and the technical breakthroughs and achievements in the fields of special optical fibers, optical devices, high-end equipment, new materials and optoelectronic systems by focusing on the development strategy of "5+1 the convergence of interests" and taking optic fiber coil as the core, and indicated that YOEC will continue to extend along the industry chain in the four business sectors of support, core, cultivation and emerging, and continue to grow bigger and stronger with the three-stage development plan of "industrialization, capitalization, diversity and globalization". While visiting, communicating, experiencing and learning, everyone feels our courage and vigor to ride the waves in the optoelectronic world.

The students visited and studied the specialized, fined, peculiar and innovative model enterprise according to the training schedule. At the venue, with warm and solemn atmosphere, exquisite high-tech products were displayed and the lecturer gave the introduction in detail. It was a short and full afternoon. We jointly witnessed the members of YOEC struggle to focus on market segmentation, master key core technologies, and continuously innovate and expand market share with high quality development. Thereinto, many aspects left a deep impression on everyone, including the fruitful achievements of "breaking the international blockade and making self-reliance in research and development", the solid implementation of the core values of "respecting employees to keep their dignity", and the unique "eight insurances and two funds" (including five insurances and one housing fund, and group medical insurance, critical-illness insurance, children's medical insurance and filial piety fund). In addition, during lockdown due to COVID-19 in Wuhan in 2020, all the executives led us to win the "fighting against COVID-19, gaining high yield". This hard journey left a deep impression on everyone too. There were frequent questions and interactions on the spot with continuous applause.

This time, the students of specialized, fined, peculiar and innovative model enterprise throughout the country gathered at YOEC for visit and communication. The students said that it helps to understand the strategic thinking of the new development pattern of the country, and get inspiration and thinking in the details of enterprise management, cultural team, business philosophy and so on.
