Specialized, fined, peculiar and innovative “little giant” enterprises at national level refer to the outstanding ones of specialized, fined, peculiar and innovativesmall and medium-sized enterprises, and they are the international leading enterprises focusing on niche market, strong innovation ability, high market share, master key core technologies, excellent quality and efficiency. They are mainly engaged in the new generation of information technology, high-end equipment manufacturing, new energy, new materials, biomedicine and other high-end industrial fields.
