The ceremony was opened by Mr. Liu Lianhai, General Manager of Yangtze Optical System Electronic (Hebei) Co., Ltd. Mr. Liu first expressed warm welcome and heartfelt thanks to all the guests and leaders who came to the ceremony today, and then briefly introduced the company's philosophy and development plan. Then Mr. Lu Shan, director of Science and Technology and Industrial Service Bureau of High-tech Zone, and Mr. Liu Yongcheng, chairman of Industrial Park delivered speeches to express good wishes respectively.

2020 has been an extraordinary year, with the COVID-19 pandemic sweeping the world, China and the US fighting an all-out contest on economy, science, technology and national defense, and a potentially military conflict in the South China Sea and in the China-India region. In this context, Wuhan YOEC launched its capacity doubling plan: on November 14, 2019, it invested RMB 40 million to establish Yangtze Optical Electronic (Beijing) Co., Ltd.; On May 20, 2020, Yangtze Optical System Electronic (Hebei) Co., Ltd. was registered and settled in Yanjiao. As an important part of the company's industrialization capacity construction, Hebei YOEC Optical System Technology Co., Ltd. laid out the core link in the fiber optic gyroscope industry chain. YOEC Optical System will inherit the company's years of product accumulation, management experience, talent advantages, to provide customers with solutions, customized research and development, scale production and proximity services.
