• Optimizing resource conditions and giving full play to the role of high-quality steel

1. In order to strengthen quality supervision and consolidate the operation results of quality management system, the company established a two-level quality management organization structure at the beginning of 2022. Through the macro management and control of the quality management organization at the company level and the micro control of the quality management organization in Business Development, the quality management requirements were infiltrated into the whole process of product realization and went deeper into grass-roots positions.

1. In order to understand and respond to customers’ needs in a timely and full manner, and learn from Huawei's experience, a sales iron triangle framework of customer interface (sales agency), product solution (product manager) and after-sale service (technical support) has been established.
2. .A production process information management system network(MIS, MES, ERP) is built based on the characteristics of product process. Through information management, the traceability management of the whole process of product realization is strengthened. Moreover, the efficiency and accuracy of bidirectional traceability for quality information throughout the entire segment from raw material procurement, product production, storage to delivery is improved.
3. In order to better evaluate the use performance of products, the company expanded the testing center in 2022, increased gyro performance testing resources and established the company's testing standards. By doing so, not only has the delivery qualification rate of products been greatly improved, but also the sample development cycle has been shortened, and customer satisfaction has been continuously improved.
4. The company's product supporting equipment are mainly used in aerospace field, so the quality management activities also have the characteristics of aerospace vehicles. For example, in the handling of daily quality problems, the company follows the process and requirements of aerospace double zero “to locate causes, formulate measures, implement measures, verify measures and summarize experience, and master high. Quality management methods so as to achieve twice the result with half the effort.

• Continuous improvement never stops

1. Promote quality culture through training, quality information announcement, quality rewards and punishments and other ways to improve quality awareness.
