From March 20 to 22, 2019, the annual LASER WORLD OF PHOTONICS (Shanghai), a three-day event, was held ceremoniously. Nearly 1,200 exhibitors from more than 20 countries and regions around the world gathered at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre, with an exhibition area of 60,750 m2, peaking a historical high.

In combination with the industry development and the exhibition hotspots, YOEC focuses on the newly developed series of special optic fiber, special optical devices, new materials, high-end equipment for optical fiber manufacturing, optoelectronic systems and other core products. In the exhibition, YOEC grandly launched square-core laser energy transmission fiber, Yb-doped active fiber, customized fiber and glass prefabricated parts.

As the current hot fiber laser market in China, a series of special optic fiber plays a central role, and it is more necessary for special optical fiber manufacturers in China to develop a series of special optical fibers and custom services that are urgently needed by the market. Based on the advantages of its own technology platform, YOEC has developed a series of special optical fibers and customized products such as square-core laser energy transmission fiber, Yb-doped active double-clad fiber and other special optical fibers required by the laser market.

Square-core laser energy transmission fiber is a large-core diameter multimode fiber. Based on synthetic raw materials, combined with CVD process, through theoretical simulation calculations, this fiber can meet different application scenarios, but can also be customized according to customer requirements. YOEC has developed a series of square-core laser energy transmission fiber products with cores of 50/75/100/125/400 microns and typical numerical apertures of 0.11 and 0.22.

YOEC also provides square-core laser energy transmission fiber D80, QBH and other high power energy transmission components, and these high power connector products can be widely used in laser cleaning, surface cladding and other scenarios.

Yb-doped active double-clad fiber is a kind of polarization-maintaining large-core diameter fiber with core size ranging from 15μm to 35μm and cladding size up to 400μm, which can meet the application of a variety of large mode field lasers and can be widely used in laser beam combination components, pulsed lasers, laser amplifiers, laser processing, etc.

In addition, in combination with the market demand of ultra-large capacity optic fiber communication system, new large-capacity multi-service access network, distributed optic fiber sensing, medical device, resonant fiber optic gyroscope and laser, YOEC has a wide range of special optic fiber customization capabilities and glass prefabricated part processing capabilities, and can provide customers with a full set of solutions.
