The liquid cooling plate adopts a design of three-layer variable cross-section flow channel, which can effectively destroy the flow boundary layer, greatly improve the fluid turbulence in the channel and improve the heat transfer efficiency. The one-time high-temperature vacuum brazing technology is used for processing and forming, with high reliability and low cost.
