Numerical control quartz tube and rod shaping grinder is a new generation of grinder system specially developed for glass rod shaping and grinding process in optic fiber industry. It adopts the special smooth rod grinding tool developed by our company, which can realize the grinding process of the outer circle of quartz glass bar with diameter not more than Φ50mm and length not more than 950mm, including outer circle grinding, surface grinding and other technological steps, and can fully automatically complete the processing requirements of quadrilateral, hexagonal, octagonal and other polygons.
